Laura is a Newcastle local, who has been a nurse for over 25 years and a Nurse Practitioner since 2012. Her original specialty area is neonatal intensive care, however she is now involved in assessment and diagnosis of young people with behavioural concerns.

She is experienced in the assessment of behavioural concerns in young people and ongoing evaluation of medical management. Laura works with our team of paediatricians and allied health workers to help children and their family's receive an appropriate diagnosis and coordinate ongoing management, supporting them through the journey.

When she is not at work Laura can be found driving her 2 teenagers all over town, or reading a book on the beach.
