Grace Palmer
Senior Psychologist
Grace is a warm and grounded neuro-affirming psychologist who brings together her clinical training and her lived experience as a neurodivergent person. Her work is deeply relational, strengths-focused, and centred on creating spaces where all brain types feel safe, seen, and able to thrive. She is passionate about supporting children, young people, and families to understand themselves with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Grace blends evidence-based practice with genuine curiosity and relational depth. She offers thoughtful, holistic assessment work that supports children and families to understand their neurotype, learning profile, and strengths in a clear and affirming way. In therapy, she draws on neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and developmentally attuned approaches that support emotional and sensory regulation, somatic safety, and authentic self-understanding.
With experience across both paediatric and adult services, Grace holds a holistic lens. She considers each child within their family, school, sensory, and developmental context, and works collaboratively with the adults who support them.
Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys the simple things, time with friends, good coffee, warm cups of tea, the beach, music, and being with her dog Henry and her rescue cats Milo and Ralphie.
