Bree is committed to creating a person-centred and validating space for the individuals she works with. Bree has worked with individuals across the lifespan in community, public health, and private settings. She has a keen interest in working with children and adolescents presenting with mood and anxiety concerns, adjustment and self-esteem difficulties. Bree is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and has experience working with individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism.
Bree draws upon a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Bree has experience conducting clinical assessments, working with young people and their families to identify strengths and areas of support.
Bree completed her Bachelor of Psychology(Hons) and Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Newcastle, and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. Bree currently works at the Hunter Children’s Clinics Merewether office on Mondays and Fridays, offering both assessments and therapy.
